Live Free Magazine an arts and culture publication celebrates African American arts and culture. In an effort to reach back to our future leaders. We are traveling to Allen University in Columbia, South Carolina, North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina, Shaw University in Raleigh, North Carolina, Winston Salem State University, in Winston Salem, North Carolina, and A & T University in Greensboro, NC.
Traveling along with us to these Historically Black Colleges and Universities as a part of this community outreach campaign will be the following celebrities. Rolonda Watts an “Emmy” and “Cable Ace” award- nominated journalist, television and radio talk show host, actress, comedienne, voice artist, and author. As well as “Grammy” and “Dove” award winning producer Rudy Currence. Elizabeth Scott best know for her role as “KARA” on the “Cosby Show”. Julian Brittano who is currently appearing on OWN’s “Greenleaf” series. Nikita Wallace the founder of Winston Salem Fashion Week. Mychael Knight from “Project Runway” joins the tour on the final dates. Finally Jarvus Hester Editor in Chief of Live Free Magazine.
Each celebrity will share their story of the challenges and triumphs on the journey to reaching their dreams. All in an attempt to inspire the audience to “Dream BIG!”. It would be great to have this team of celebrities to join your morning radio or television program to promote this free community focused event. After each event audience will have an opportunity to ask questions to our celebrity panel, as well as a chance to get photo/ autographs.

Elizabeth Narvaez is an actress, known for Big Brother Jake (1990), I Believe in America (2007) and The Cosby Show (1984). She is a writer, director, producer, and dancer. Just to name a few! She is currently the Entertainment Editor for Live Free Magazine, where she leads the content in the section. While also producing cutting edge television content for the Live Free media brand.

Shecan also be heard as a Professor Wiseman on “Curious George”, as the announcer for “Divorce Court”, and as warrior priestess Illoai in the latest League of Legends video game. In 2016 she will have a recurring role on the Bounce TV series “In the Cut.” She holds degrees from Spellman College, a master’s degree from Columbia University,and an honorary doctorate from Winston Salem University. Rolonda lives in Los Angeles, California. Destiny Lingers is her first novel.
Known to his fans as an “Experience”, Rudy Currence is a Grammy and Dove Award winning producer, singer-songwriter. He has appeared on ABC’s “The View” and performed on BET’s “106 and Park”. Rudy is currently endorsed by Kawai Piano, the second largest piano distributer in the world! He’s written and produced songs for R&B/Pop singers Mya and Ray J, “The Bourne Identity” starring Matt Damon, Hip Hop Producer David Banner, and Multi-Platinum Grammy and Emmy Award winning producer, Quincy Jones. In 2013, Rudy won a Grammy and Dove Award for his production on Lecrae’s album entitled “Gravity”. Most recently, Rudy was Grammy nominated for writing “Sunday AM” (Pronounced Sunday Morning) for four-time Grammy Award winner and national recording artist, Karen Clark Sheard.
