Live Free Magazine is excited to announce our 2018 minority “BUY LOCAL” campaign. This initiative strives to bring unity within the African American diaspora in and throughout the Triad area and surrounding metropolitan areas. Through strategic partnerships we pair the art of fashion, with the celebration of African American designers, African American chefs, to mention a couple. Live Free Magazine has partnered with Evette’s Boutique owned and operated by African American entrepreneur Evette Daouda, to provide a platform to bring African American businesses together by providing a way to network and build their brand through promotional events and working together using referrals and word of mouth.
Live Free Magazine minority “BUY LOCAL” feature will span across 5 pages of our issue each month. This feature will be available for purchase on location at Evette Boutique 716 West Market Street Greensboro, NC 27401. In addition each Buy Local member will have their business information available online at www.livefreemagazine.org/buy-local
This feature also has celebrity influencer Shelby Brown, a beauty queen, who holds the title National Miss USA North Carolina. Shelby is the face of this economic development effort, and she is the perfect fit for this role. He style and grace is unmatched. Not only a beauty on the outside but her beauty exudes from the inside out. Shelby will be photographed in all of the designer’s pieces, and will create video messages to help promote the featured designers
